After seeking for the answer of my life about two year....or more than that, I can't remember
(What is my life ? Is it gonna be ok? What should I do for life? Is it the right choice?Do I make anything wrong? Blar Blar Blar......and blar)

In Makabucha day ( one of the Buddhist day), My wise and beloved guru said something and WOW, it hitted me at the face and everything is so clear !!

Tiger year in the hospital

Now I'm sitting in the patient's ward @ Vichaiyutt Hospital in Bangkok.

No, not me, but my mom.
She got migrain again. Everything is ok now, So have I to stay with her at night.

With a lot of time I have when my mom get some sleep, I decided to do some painting again with corel painting.
ok, compare to my friends, I still didn't do something to dedicate to Tiger year. Maybe this is the time for me, even though it's quite too late HAHA !!

Drawing Memorandum 01 : New Year

Happy New Year 2010 everyone, hope you all have a great time celebration ;)

This year, as usual, I went to Pak Chong to countdown with my relatives and family's friends like we did for 15 years. (Pak Chong is in Thailand, it a country place not far from Bangkok)

There're 2 things happen in pak Chong that I still surprise. One is CROWNED of bangkokians and everywhere is CAR, CAR and CAR !!!

Second is How HOT it is in Pak Chong ( actually, for 15 years I visit Pak Chong, NEVER that it has rain and humid before !!!)

Feel like I should celebrate Songkran !!

So, nothing to do with the worst weather, I decided to do my journal in my little Black book

After complete bindery's class last week @ Likaybindery. I have to practice by my own or alse everything will be gone with the wind :(

This is my first handmade sketch book

it's called Chain stich technique, quite hard, but LOVE IT !!!

This book will made for sketching everything I see, I feel and I like as my picture's journey.

After fighting for job for 3 months, finally I got graphic work in "AIS new year party 2010" 's event. The theme is "DISCO ON THE ROCK"

You know what ! there're 2 things I dislike in design is DISCO and ROCK !!
can't believe it's a combination.

but, like they say " you get what you hate" it's very true !!

Sorry that I've been gone for a week. I was sick and sleep all day (and night) but now it's getting better.

I'm going to lounch my new postcard soon, but before that, let me introduce one of my favorite short film which wins Audience Award at Annecy, the world's premiere animation festival.

My beloved Mary Blair

It's 1 am in Sunday morning and I still can't sleep !
Today I had such a frustrated day. I couldn't describe what exactly happen and I wouldn't, because It was too desperate to lament about what have already happened......So, I decided to write my blog and talk about Mary Blair, my all-time favorite illustrator.

Who is she? Um.... Have you ever go to "It's a small world" in Disneyland , or see any Disney classic movies like Cinderella, Alice in wanderland or Peter Pan ? Ah ha..... Mary Blair designed their concept art !!

She was an American Artist who work for Walt Disney Company at the begining. She was the one who bring contemperary art into Walt Disney movies and was one of the greatest illustrators that Disney've ever had. Nowadays, Many animations movies get an inspiration from her concept art ("UP", "Ratatouille", Etc).

How she use color and the way she tell the story though pictures present how she look the world like an innocent child who had nothing to fear. It's easy and very simple which make me realize that sometime, this world is not that cruel. Every time I felt down, I always look at her works and I will thanks her for making my life full of happiness again !

I did these sketches about 5-6 months ago. It's one of my project that I wish to create some art collection and public them to the world, like a starter exhibition :)

It's called " The republic of Beast "

" Actually, Animal and human are so similar to each other" Think and chose what kind of person would we like to become........to be a man, or an animal. This is my sketch of the collection. The complete one are on the way..... Please wait and see ok?

งานชิ้นนี้เราเขียนเล่นๆไว้เมื่อ 5-6 เดือนก่อน มันเป็นหนึ่งใน Project นึงที่ Plan ไว้ว่าจะทำให้เสร็จให้ได้ คือการสร้าง Collection งานศิลปะของตัวเองเสมือนกับ Exhibition ส่วนตัวแบบนั้น

มันคือ สาธารณรัฐแห่งเดรัดฉาร มันเป็น idea ที่จู่ๆก็โผล่พรวดมาตอนที่เรากำลังนั่งดูสารคดีสัตว์อยู่ เกี่ยวกับสิงโตในแอฟริกาที่ล่าเหยื่อที่่อ่อนแอกว่า ว่า " เออ จริงๆ แล้วมนุษย์ก้อไม่เห็นแตกต่างกันกับสัตว์เลย"

"แต่เราเลือกได้........ว่าเราจะใช้สัญชาติญาณเอาตัวรอดของเรา หรือว่าเลือกจะเป็นมนุษย์ที่มี่ความคิด จิตสำนึกอย่างผู้เจริญแล้ว"

I admit that I'm kind of person that always get bore in something easily !!! like created a blog, posted and left it like a decade !! HAHA anyone is like me, raise your hand up !

Thanks to my friends that push me to finish my goal of having my own space as I plan to accomplish in year 2009. So here I am !!

I'm Pinnary and this is my Pen name.
I'm a 24 year old graphic Designer, illustrator and loving to do art in other ways......like teaching
so, this blog will dedicate to my little art works and my projects that will come in the future.

Also, Traveling is one of my dream goal. I love to go out and see the different places, different cultures and see how people in each countries live and react to art and beauty.

I Love Children Book !!!

หนังสือภาพของเด็ก เป็นอะไรที่ชอบจริงๆ

มันคือ "ศิลปะเด็ก ที่ไม่เด็ก !"

เวลาไป ร้านหนังสือทีไร มีสองแผนกที่จะวิ่งกรูไปเลยคือ Art and Design กับ Children's Book ค่ะ

ถ้าหากว่า แวะๆไป อาจจะเรายืนเปิดหนังสืออยู่ ก็ลองทักกันก้อได้นะคะ 55

ผลงานที่เอามาแปะไว้ข้างบนก็คือ งานจบของเราเอง เราเลือกทำนิทานเด็กค่ะ ทำด้วยสีน้ำ

เหนื่อยกับมันมาก แต่ก้อรักมันมากเหมือนกาน ชื่อว่า
